Shawna Masuda

A rising star in Honolulu, Shawna with her amazing voice, has played the lead roles in the local production of Miss Saigon, Beauty and the Beast, Kismet, and Cats to name a few.   Shawna was also a guest performer for a recent Jim Brickman concert.  The daughter of Darall and Lynn (Tachino, '73) Masuda, Shawna was born to sing.  Her mom, Lynn, recalls that when Shawna was just a small kid, she would always be sing and dancing and performing for the family.  Shawna is currently attending the University of Hawaii and is working part-time as a singing hostess at the Macaroni Grill in the Ala Moana Shopping Center.  Shawna plans to attend a performing school on the Mainland and hopes to someday make it on Broadway.  Our best of luck to you, Shawna!!
